Chip Hornsby, who got his start with Ferguson as a sales trainee, has gone on to become group chief executive at Wolseley, our parent company in the UK. Likewise, Frank Roach started his rise to chief executive officer for the North American Division of Wolseley, in one of our warehouses with a broom in his hand. He now oversees North American operations in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, totaling over $16 billion in sales.
